Hi Thicko here, :shock:

I have tried to compress/reduce pictures below 32kbits and have not been able to upload gallery and avitar....HELP...I'm over 50 so you will have to explain to me very slowely and in the simplest possible jargon that an old F#@t could understand.

Got one image down to email size bout 7k but dimensions too big (Where have I heard that before!). :mrgreen:

Big Al, try opening it using Microsoft picture manager, I will PM you how to do it step by step.
