Our next visit is to Nellies Dell 4th July.

This is a gymkhana event suitable for all drivers, all vehicles and all family members. A number of driving challenges will be set up as part of the Gymkhana.
Image

You are free to explore the mainly wooded site, a couple of Bomb Holes provide some white knuckle driving. As you can see from the past pictures we have had every type of vehicle there enjoying themselves.

Image

Gates open from 09.00am and all vehicles will have to undergo a simple scrutineering check. There will be a Burger Van in attendance and as always we will have toilets and a wheel wash facility on site, please bring containers of water if possible to keep the wheel wash fed. More details (including map directions) http://www.tv4x4.co.uk or 0118 972 7188

I was a bit disappointed by the 'number of driving challenges' which were mentioned - Other thank actually finding the site, of course!

Other than that, well done for sorting out the lack of burger van with alternative (and quite tasty) arrangements!

Kev

a moshup of the pictures and videos that Michael took during the day in the order he took them as well. A few removed, like us both playing on the rope swing :D

Comments welcome, opted for a youtube track for audio as they would only remove the audio if I put one of my own on there due to copyright stuff.

DT.

music is Dixie Witch, track title "Make me crazy" from the album "One bird, two stones"

thanks for the kind comments Robo, I'll pass them on to Michael, I'm sure he'll be very happy to hear them. He's getting better results every time we attend, and he's really getting to grips with the new camera now. I think there is one photo of the red Range Rover that I took, when I was showing him a little about composition, although looking at the results he seems to have a natural eye. The foxglove at the end of the video is now my desktop background :)
